Papiko needs no account, shows no ads, contains no analytics and has no server of its own. This page lists the data that still comes up, in the app and on this website.

2. The app
Progress. Solved levels, stars, daily puzzles and collected pictures are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, iOS syncs this data and a few markers (for example which rewards you have already seen) through your private iCloud database and iCloud key-value storage, so they come back on your other devices and after a reinstall. The data lives in your iCloud account with Apple. We cannot access it. Apple’s privacy policy applies. Without iCloud, everything stays on the device.
On the device. Settings such as sound and music, and levels you have started, always stay on the device.
Reminder. The evening reminder is a local notification scheduled by your iPhone. It is only active if you turn it on, and no data is sent for it.
Purchase. You buy the full version through Apple’s in-app purchase system, and Apple handles the payment. The app checks on your device whether a purchase exists. We receive no details about you or your payment.
Sharing. If you share your daily result, you decide where it goes. It contains only the date, your stars and your streak.
Statistics from Apple. If you allowed iOS to share analytics with app developers, Apple provides us with aggregated information such as crash reports and install counts. We cannot identify individual people from it.
